Our main activities are the machining of parts to customer supplied drawings in a wide variety of materials.We also provide complete design and manufacture of factory automation equipment and production lines, general tooling and fixtures.
We have a wide customer base from small start up companies to the largest of multinationals. Over 70% of our business is exported to customers in North America, Western Europe and Australasia.
Our factory is ISO9001 certified with a machine shop area of over 18,000 sq ft and is fully equipped with sophisticated CNC lathes, CNC Machining Centre's, surface and cylindrical grinders and precision wire cut machines. We also have a number of manual Milling Machines and Lathes, which are appropriate for low volume parts.
At Fast we recognize our key competitive advantage comes from our dedicated employees, we operate training programs for new and existing staff and maintain an excellent working environment throughout the factory. Staff turnover is extremely low and many of our key engineer's and manager's have been with the company since it's inception.
We have invested heavily in measuring equipment and quality systems to produce parts and equipment that consistently meet specification and have developed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. Our Customer Service Group are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and we maintain an exceptionally high repeat order rate.
The company benefits from an experienced senior management team drawn from Hong Kong and the U.K. while maintaining all the cost advantages of operating our machining and design facility within the P.R.C.
